When residents first move in to our transitional housing shelter it is important for us to welcome them with open arms. At HOPE Calloway, we lead with compassion. You can be a part of welcoming new residents into the shelter for the first time and make that transition just a little bit easier for them.

When working with emergency situations, we, oftentimes, must act quickly to keep families off the street. We provide transportation to a nearby shelter if there is one with openings. Otherwise, we cover the cost of a hotel room for the night until we are able to make long-term arrangements. With this gift, you are helping families and individuals get off the street and into a bed.

When families move-in to our transitional housing shelter, we don’t just provide a place for them to stay. We connect them resources and coaching to help them along the path to long-term stability and success. Your gift of $250 covers the average cost of utilities, coaching materials, and household supplies for one month of residency in our program.
